Working with Covid-19

Latest service update

We are open for business with some changes and following all the 

health and safety procedures.

The guidance issued by the government on 2nd of May 2020 which 

clarifies that domestic cleaners can continue to carry out work in 

people's houses, provided that all the cleaners has no coronavirus 

symptoms as well as continuing to follow all guidance on hygiene and 

keeping a 2 metre distance from household occupants.


For the safety of all our Clients and Drivers, we have initiated the 

following rules


✔ Driver must not work if they or anyone in their household has 

symptoms (even mild)


✔ Clients must not travel or hire if they or anyone in their household 

has symptoms (even mild)


✔ Clients must stay in the rear seats with protective face masks and social 

distancing must be kept

All Drivers will follow safety guidelines


✔ We wash our hands before and after the clean with soap and warm water


✔ All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected using a cleaning products 

that kills 99.9% of germs


✔ We always use protective face masks when clients are inside the vehicle


✔ At the request of clients, we will assist with baggage


✔ We use disposable gloves that are thrown away after every job when baggage is touched


✔ We pay special attention to high touched areas such as; door handles, light switches, seat belts etc.


✔ We wipe down all touched areas inside and outside of the vehicle between clients.


The symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are:


✔ a new continuous cough


✔ a high temperature


✔ a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)


For most people, coronavirus (COVID-19) will be a mild illness. 

However, if you have any of the coronavirus symptoms you must stay at 

home and test yourself to see if you have COVID-19
